WITNESS

Every story & testimony is a reminder that God is ever present.
Be encouraged as you read these testimonies and discover how God is working across nations, generations, and seasons of life. May each story strengthen your faith, inspire your journey, and remind you that the same God who has worked in their lives is at work in yours.

Your story matters too. If God has done something in your life through WOW! or in your personal walk with Him, we would love to hear it. Share your testimony and become a witness of His goodness, so that others may be encouraged to trust Him and walk boldly in their calling.

Serving at WOW! Bali was an unexpected yet deeply transformative experience for me. After completing an intense season of part-time studies, I had originally planned the Bali trip as a graduation getaway — a time of rest and reward after months of perseverance. However, during one of the Saturday church services, I came across an announcement inviting volunteers to serve at the various WOW! conferences. When I realized that the dates for WOW! Bali aligned perfectly with my travel plans, I sensed that this opportunity was more than a coincidence and felt led to step forward in faith and serve.

During the conference, I mainly served as a catcher and occasionally supported in prayer ministry. Through this role, I learnt that being a catcher involved far more than physically assisting those who were being prayed for at the altar. It was also about gently guiding individuals and creating space for them to remain in God’s presence and respond personally to Him. Witnessing the sincerity and openness of the women reminded me that even simple acts of service can become meaningful expressions of ministry when surrendered to God.

One of the most significant parts of the experience was praying for the women during the altar call. I felt humbled and privileged that God would allow me to intercede alongside them. While praying, I sensed the Holy Spirit giving words of encouragement, assurance, and direction to declare over their lives in faith. For some women, these prayers became moments of spiritual contending — believing together for breakthroughs, healing, restoration, and renewed hope.

Ultimately, serving at WOW! Bali taught me that ministry is often found not in visible acts, but in simple moments of obedience, prayer, and presence. What began as a personal graduation trip became a sacred journey that deepened my faith and reminded me of God’s ability to work through willing hearts to bring hope and encouragement to others.  - Isabella Sim

I was deeply blessed by the sessions, which awakened my faith and encouraged me to break free from the shackles of silence. I came to understand that a woman who reflects Christ is one who rises in faith and depends fully on God. When we are consumed by self-focus, guilt, or constant complaining, it reveals areas where we are not yet trusting Him completely.

I was especially inspired by Hannah's example of mature faith. She was not concerned with people's opinions but remained focused on God, believing that He would move powerfully in her life. Through her example, I learned the importance of surrendering heartache, anger, and envy to the Lord, allowing Him to search and transform my heart, just as Proverbs 20:27 reminds us that "the spirit of a man is the lamp of the Lord, searching all the inner depths of his heart."

I also realized that patiently waiting before God is precious and carries great value in His sight. Finally, I received the prophetic word shared by our spiritual mother, Ps. Daphne Yang, as a personal call to keep moving forward, participate in God's work, and continue reaching souls for His Kingdom.
